How do I purchase on ecseller.ru?

For purchases please do so online via ecseller.ru.

The following tips will help speed up your online buying process.
Adding Items To Cart
Select the desired size and quantity of your item and click the Add To Cart button.
View Cart
If you need change the quantity, enter your desired quantity and total will automatically update.
If you need to remove an item, click the "X".
If you are not done shopping, click "Continue Shopping" and you will be returned to the homepage.
When you are done shopping and your totals look correct, click "Secure Checkout" to be taken to the online checkout page.
Confirm shipping information and place order
When you have finished entering your shipping information, click Secure Checkout to continue. If you need to make changes, please click "Modify Order” to return to the previous page.
Checkout
If you have a deposit on your account and wish to use it, enter that in the box below the Final Total.
When you have confirmed your shipping information and order totals, click Secure Checkout to finalize your transaction. If you need to make changes, please click "Modify Order” to return to the previous page.

Do you have available inventory of all listed items on your webstore?
Most products displayed on ecseller.ru are in stock and available for purchase. However, in some cases, inventory may be limited. If you do not see a previously-listed item in our store, please contact customer service to find out when the item will become available or to place an advance order with us.
Where is my order?
Please click here and login. Once you are logged into your account, you can select "Order" on the left side of the page to track your order.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order you need to contact customer service or fill out our contact form and type "Please stop my order! I want to cancel" in the Details field. Note: We recommend doing this as soon as possible so your order is not processed and shipped.
How do I change an order?
To change an item in your order you need to contact customer service and type "Please stop my order! I want to change, add or remove an item in my order " in the details field. Note: We recommend doing this as soon as possible so your order is not processed and shipped.
How do I return an order?
We offer quality guarantee on all my goods. If your item arrives damaged or defective, simply return it within 60 days and we will give you full refund for returned items. Please contact customer service before you return it.
Do you offer bulk discounts when large quantities are orderd on your webstore?

Who do you ship through?
We ship using a variety of different carriers. We do this to utilize the most efficient and economical method of transport for your goods. Currently we use EMS. If you need other carriers, please contact customer service
Can I ship to multiple locations?
If you wish to ship to more than one location, you will need to place an order for each individual shipping address. It is not possible at this time to input more than one shipping address per order.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries. If, for whatever reason, we cannot ship to your location, our Customer Service representative will contact you.
Why do special items take longer to ship?
The shipping cost does not cover any local taxes, import duties, or customs clearance costs levied by your government. The buyer is responsible for these import-related costs. How do I change my profile information?
